Just some examples of menus. All menus are developed for each client to meet their specific preferences and needs.
Menus are based on a minimum of 20 guests. Additional charge for substitutions. All orders must be confirmed 72 hours in advance. A deposit of 50% of the estimated invoice is required to confirm the order and date of the function. Service staff is available at $30 per hour, minimum of 4 hours. Taxes (13%) and gratuities (negotiable) are extra.
Start with fresh fruit and omelettes to order.

Assorted sausages, buns, condiments, sauteed onions and mushrooms, homemade mac and cheese.
Whether it is thanksgiving, christmas or a family gathering smoked turkey, gravy, cranberries, garlic mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, cocktail shrimp, green salad with pears, beef tenderloin and glazed spiral ham are available as well.
Baby bok choy with asian dip, mini lamb and chicken kebobs, beef tenderloin in small buns with horseradish mayo, five spice tofu with mango sauce, thai salad rolls, vegetable spring rolls, seared tuna on cucumber rounds, phyllo wrapped asparagus with havartti cheese, bakes brie with berries.
