Menus are based on a minimum of 20 guests. Additional charges for substitutions. All orders must be confirmed 72 hours in advance. A deposit of 50% of the estimated invoice is required to confirm the order and date of the function. Service staff is available at $25 per hour, minimum of 4 hours.
