Menus are based on a minimum of 20 guests. Additional charge for substitutions. All orders must be confirmed 72 hours in advance. A deposit of 50% of the estimated invoice is required to confirm the order and date of the function. Service staff is available at $20 per hour, minimum of 4 hours. Taxes (15%) and gratuities (negotiable) are extra.
