- Pasta Bar - A selection of shaped pastas, fresh vegetables, herbs, cheeses, chicken, shrimp, sausage, tomato, cream, olive, tomato cream sauces, cooked to order.
- Grill Station -
A carvery of Beef Tenderloin, small buns, assorted condiments such as balsamic relish, B.B.Q. sauce, grainy mustard, basil mayonnaise. Grilled vegetables.
- Salad Station - An assortment of leaf and composed salads featuring Caesar, Beet and Pear, Country Greek, Pasta salad and additional condiments and vegetable salads.
- Ethnic Station -
Imagine Indian curry, steamed rice and pad thai garnished with Asian style salads.
- Mashed Potato Station - Soon to be famous fennel and garlic mashers accompanied by grated cheese, onions, dijon cream sauce, gravy including peppercorn sauce. Served in a food pail- try is with Fries Make it “Dean Martin” style by adding a large grilled or sauted garlic shrimp. Beef Bourguignon or Curry Chicken.
- Brushetta Station - 3 toppings- traditional tomato basil, artichoke, asiago and grilled vegetables.
- Antipasta Station - and assortment of cured meats, cheeses, grilled vegetables and olives.
- Fish and Seafood Station - customized menu upon request.
- Slider Station - mini burgers, beef, mushroom lentil, chicken with condiments.
